You might be able to get a source of ethanol somewhere, and it may be possible to mix it with petrol. I don't know of anyone actually doing this in Ireland. For diesel, there's a crowd called Eilish oils (http://www.eilishoils.com/) who seem to have the answers. You may need to adapt your diesel car to make this work. Well, bio-petrol is a pit tough.
