The An post service is one of the worst in Europe if not the worst. First of all how it is possible to allow everyone to collect a parcel without asking and id evidence? I have experience of loosing a parcel because somebody else pick it up. This is inexcusable. Apart from that I got a letter back after 4 months because the address was not found. How it is possible to wait for 4 months to send it back, this should happen after 3 days!!! I will never trust the an post again. I agree with you.
