House for Rent

UPDATE: This house was rented shortly after I posted this.

I have a house to rent in Dublin on a short-let. It’s a nice, three-bedroom house between Ranelagh and the city. There’s plenty of parking space, and it’s very convenient to the city centre.

There are three large bedrooms – a twin, a double and a single room, so lots of space for a family in Ireland on holiday. The house is fully furnished and has everything you’ll need to make yourself comfortable.

It’s right beside the LUAS, if you need to get out to the suburbs. It’s a ten-minute stroll to the city centre or Ballsbridge and the RDS. There are also plenty of buses. It’s away from the main road and beside a park, so it might suit if you are bringing children.

The cost at high-season would be EUR 1075/week. That’s pretty good value compared to taking a few hotel rooms at high season, especially as you will be able to do your own cooking. You can also order in or go out to eat at any of the many restaurants in Ranelagh and the city centre. If you were going to stay for a couple of weeks, there would be a small discount which we would discuss. There is once-weekly maid service included.

I am prepared to rent it on a weekly basis, and most of the summer is still available. If you’re interested, email me (antoin@eire.com) or give me a call at +353-87-240-6691.

  1. This was last year! It’ll be hard to get a nine-month lease without paying as much as a full-year lease.

  2. Is you house free for the week ending 28th May 2006. My daughter is getting married that weekend in Dublin – by St stephens green. How far is that from your house
Look forward to hearing from you
