I have just received a printed copy of the fares for the new light rail service in Dublin, the Luas. It’s very strange – it costs more to buy a ticket from a machine at a station than it costs to buy the same ticket from a shop.
UPDATE: This house was rented shortly after I posted this.
I have a house to rent in Dublin on a short-let. It’s a nice, three-bedroom house between Ranelagh and the city. There’s plenty of parking space, and it’s very convenient to the city centre.
According to an email I received today from Gay Mitchell, the Fine Gael candidate in the European elections, he supports the government’s position on advocating software patents. So that’s another person you shouldn’t bother voting for tomorrow.
